Our fitout process (predictable, tidy, on-time)
1) Measure & brief
We attend site (or work from base-build drawings) to confirm clear dimensions, power/data points, ceiling heights, access routes, loading dock windows and building rules. For retail, we note entrances, sightlines, security pedestals and POS locations. For offices, we capture headcount, meeting mix, IT/AV needs and cable policies.
Outcome: a practical brief that matches your operations, not a generic template.
2) Design, coordination & approvals
We produce CAD elevations/sections and detail grommets, cable trays, service panels, ventilation slots, door swings, clearances and fixing points. We coordinate with your PM, architect, designer and IT/AV providers for screen sizes, camera sightlines, microphone positions and rack loads. Retail displays are dimensioned around SKU size/weight, security, and replenishment access.
Outcome: signed-off drawings, finish schedule and a realistic build/install program.
3) Manufacture (in-house, Girraween)
We cut, edge, assemble and finish joinery in our workshop. In-house manufacturing means consistent edges, durable fixings and faster troubleshooting. We pre-test hardware, pop-up power modules, lighting and sliding/hinge action before packing.
Outcome: zone-labelled components, protected for transport, staged to install cleanly.
4) Install & handover
We protect floors, set accurate levels, fix securely into studs/masonry, route and label cables, and adjust all doors/drawers for even reveals. We tidy as we go and can work after hours to minimise downtime. You receive a care guide and optional 90-day check once the team settles in.
Outcome: a fitout that looks built-in, works from day one and stands up to daily traffic.
