The 5 steps

1) Enquiry & Quick Scope

How it works: Call us or send your plans/photos with a short brief (room, goals, timing). We’ll confirm if your project suits our scope and set a time for measure or workshop consult.
You’ll get: a quick ballpark discussion, what to prepare for the measure, and proposed next steps.
You bring: rough sizes, inspiration images, appliance info (if kitchens), or device list (for TV/media/office).

2) Measure, Design & Selections

On-site measure: We record exact dimensions, services (power/water), access and clearances.
Design/CAD: We translate the brief into drawings (elevations/sections), confirm door profiles, internals, benchtops, finishes and hardware.
Selections help: samples in hand (2-pack colours, laminates, veneer, stone).
You’ll get:

  • CAD drawings and a finish schedule
  • A detailed, itemised proposal with inclusions/exclusions
  • An indicative timeline from sign-off to install

Deliverables you approve: drawings + finishes + price + target dates.

3) Manufacture (In-House, Girraween)

Why in-house matters: better edges, cleaner assembly, fewer delays.
We cut, edge, assemble and finish cabinetry at our workshop. Stone, glass or specialty items are coordinated to land on time. We stage hardware and pre-fit lighting/power modules where possible.

Quality checkpoints: dimensions, edge finish, hinge/runner action, pre-assembly, packing & protection.

4) Install & Handover

Site protection: floors covered, dust kept down, packaging removed.
Fit-off: cabinets levelled and fixed; doors/drawers aligned; benchtops set; lighting tested; cable paths and ventilation confirmed (TV/office/commercial).
Clean handover: we tidy the space, walk you through operation and care.

You’ll receive:

  • Care guide (finishes, benchtops, hardware)
  • Warranty info (10-year workmanship on fixed joinery)
  • Option to book a 90-day post-install check (great once you’ve lived with it)

5) Aftercare & 90-Day Check (On Request)

Small tweaks can surface after a few weeks of use (e.g., door tension, organiser tweaks). If requested, we revisit to fine-tune alignment and answer questions about cleaning and maintenance.

How long will it take?

Time depends on scope and finish choices. A typical path after design sign-off:

  • Kitchens / Wardrobes / Living Joinery: measured → drawings → manufacture → install
  • Commercial (office/retail): zone-by-zone drawings, staged manufacture, after-hours install if needed
  • Wet-areas (vanities/laundries): allow for benchtop lead times and trade coordination
  • Outdoor carpentry (no decking): consider exposure, coatings and any engineering

We’ll share a realistic schedule up-front and keep you posted if supplier lead times shift.

What affects price (so you can plan smart)

  • Volume & layout — more cabinetry, longer benchtops, full-height runs
  • Fronts/finishes — 2-pack profiles and veneer cost more than flat melamine
  • Internals & hardware — drawers, pull-outs, organisers, vented panels, pop-up power
  • Benchtops & special elements — engineered/natural stone, compact laminate, glass
  • Integration — appliances (kitchens), AV/IT (media/office), lighting, service panels
  • Access — apartments/lifts, tight stairwells, after-hours install (commercial)

What to prepare (makes Step 2 faster)

  • Photos & rough sizes of the space
  • Style references (a couple of images is enough)
  • Appliance list / device list (kitchen & media/office)
  • Any building rules (strata, loading dock windows, after-hours policies)
  • Your timing goal (move-in, launch date, or “asap”)

Communication & variations (no surprises)

  • One contact: you’ll have a single project lead
  • Sign-offs: we only start manufacture after you approve drawings & finishes
  • Changes: variations are quoted and approved before we proceed
  • Updates: you’ll get schedule check-ins at key milestones

Do you handle design as well as build and install?
Yes. Measure, design/CAD, manufacture in Girraween, neat on-site install.

When do I see drawings?
After the on-site measure and brief, we produce CAD drawings for sign-off.

Can you work after hours for offices/shops?
Yes—subject to building rules, we can stage installs in evenings/weekends.

Do you coordinate with my designer/architect/AV/plumber/sparkie?
Absolutely. Share their details and we’ll align on sizes, power/data, ventilation and sequencing.

What warranty do you provide?
10-year workmanship warranty on fixed joinery, plus manufacturer warranties on selected hardware/benchtops/lighting. 90-day post-install check available on request.
