Our process (so wet-area details are right the first time)
1) Measure & consult
We confirm wall lengths, service points (water, waste, power), appliance sizes and door swings. For bathrooms, we check basin height, tapware type (wall vs bench), waste locations and clearances to showers and toilets. For laundries, we plan workflow from machine to bench to storage.
Outcome: a practical brief that fits plumbing, people and daily use.
2) Design & materials
We produce CAD drawings with elevations/sections, confirming basin positions, drawer cut-outs, appliance ventilation and splash heights. We advise substrates and finishes appropriate for moisture and cleaning.
Outcome: approved drawings, finish schedule, benchtop selection and realistic timeline.
3) Manufacture (in-house)
Cabinetry is cut, edged, sealed and assembled at our Girraween workshop. We use moisture-resistant substrates where appropriate and seal penetrations for long-term durability.
Outcome: ready-to-install, moisture-aware joinery protected for transport.
4) Install & handover
We coordinate with your plumber and sparkie, set levels and falls where required, seal correctly around wet areas and finish with clean reveals. We test drawers/doors, align gaps and provide a care guide.
Outcome: a tidy, durable install that’s ready for daily use.
