Q2. Do you do both residential and commercial?
Yes — approx 80% residential, 20% commercial (offices, clinics, retail).

Q3. Are all projects custom?
Yes — measured to your space, devices/appliances and storage needs.

Q4. Can you work from an interior designer/architect’s plans?
Absolutely. We’ll coordinate details (power/data, clearances, ventilation, finishes) and provide shop drawings for sign-off.

Q5. Do you have an in-house workshop?
Yes — Girraween, Sydney. In-house manufacture = better quality control and predictable timelines.

Quotes, Pricing & Payments

Q7. What affects price the most?
Cabinet volume, finish level (2-pack/veneer vs melamine), benchtops (stone/solid surface), internals (drawers, pull-outs), lighting/power integration, ventilation/service access, and site access (apartments/lifts/after-hours).

Q8. Can you give a ballpark from photos?
We can provide a range from dimensions + photos. Final price follows a site measure and signed drawings/finishes.

Q9. Do you charge for quotes or site measures?
Quote is free. If a design package is required (complex or multi-room), we’ll outline a small fee credited if you proceed.

Q10. What payment schedule do you use?
Typical: deposit on approval → progress (before manufacture) → balance on install day. We’ll detail this on the proposal.

Q11. Do you offer finance?
Not at the moment.

Process & Timelines

Q12. What’s your process?

  1. Enquiry/quick scope → 2) Measure, design & selections (CAD) → 3) Manufacture in-house (Girraween) → 4) Install & handover → 5) Aftercare (90-day check if requested).

Q13. How long does it take?
Timelines depend on scope and finishes. After drawings are approved, we’ll confirm a realistic schedule and keep you posted if suppliers shift.

Q14. Do you install after hours for offices/shops?
Yes — evening/weekend installs are possible (subject to building rules and access).

Q15. Who’s my point of contact?
One project lead from measure to handover.

Materials, Finishes & Hardware

Q16. Which finishes do you offer?
2-pack polyurethane, melamine/laminate (HPL), timber veneer, V-groove/shaker profiles, and compact laminate (wet/traffic areas).

Q17. What hardware do you use?
Soft-close hinges/drawers as standard, with heavy-duty runners where loads require. We specify durable, serviceable components.

Q18. Can you integrate lighting and power?
Yes — LED task/accent lighting, pop-up/flip-top modules (meeting tables), grommets and concealed raceways with accessible drivers.

Q19. Wet-area considerations?
Moisture-aware substrates where appropriate, sealed edges, sensible ventilation near appliances/sinks and spill-safe detailing.

Q20. Do you design as well as build and install kitchens?
Yes — layout/CAD, appliance clearances, internals (drawers, bins, spice pull-outs), task lighting and stone coordination.

Q21. What benchtops do you recommend?
Engineered stone for durability and easy care; natural stone for unique character (needs care); compact laminate as a robust, value option.

Q22. Do you handle splashbacks and appliances?
We coordinate with your suppliers/trades and ensure cabinetry suits final sizes, vents, and power/water positions.

Q23. Can you do handleless or shaker?
Yes — both modern handleless and classic shaker/Hamptons.

Wardrobes & Walk-Ins

Q24. Sliding vs hinged — which is better?
Sliding saves swing space and suits bedrooms; hinged offers full access and is ideal for walk-ins.

Q25. What internals do you recommend?
A mix of double/long hanging, drawer stacks, adjustable shelves, shoe towers and valet rails; add sensor lighting for visibility.

Q26. Do you do mirrored doors?
Yes — we use sturdy tracks, soft-close and dust overlaps; bulkheads are scribed for clean lines.

Outdoor Carpentry (No Decking)

Q36. What outdoor work do you do?
Pergolas/awnings, privacy screens, gates/fences (carpentry skins), external stairs/handrails, façades/cladding/soffits, bin & utility enclosures. We don’t do decking.

Q37. What lasts best outside?
Exposure-dependent: aluminium slats or dense hardwood with UV-stable coatings; galv/stainless fixings; detailed drainage/fall.

Q38. Can you integrate lighting?
Yes — we coordinate with your electrician and conceal cabling/drivers.

Custom Made Temples

Q39. What temple types do you build?
Freestanding mandirs, wall niches and full temple walls with CNC jali, carved/turned details, bell rails and stone/metal diya trays.

Q40. Safety for diya and incense?
Heat-aware shelves (stone/metal), vent slots, removable trays and cable-safe lighting; stable fixing to structure.

Q41. Can you match style to my interiors?
Yes — 2-pack, veneer or timber accents; subtle lighting to create a calm atmosphere.

Access, Site & Install

Q42. Apartments and tight access — is that a problem?
We modularise large units, confirm lift sizes, protect floors and plan sequence so installs are tidy and safe.

Q43. How tidy is the install?
Floors protected, dust minimised, packaging removed. Doors/drawers are aligned and reveals checked before handover.

Warranty, Aftercare & Maintenance

Q44. What warranty do you provide?
10-year workmanship warranty on fixed joinery plus manufacturer warranties on selected hardware, lighting and benchtops.

Q45. Do you offer a post-install check?
Yes — a 90-day check on request to fine-tune hinges/runners, lighting and any day-to-day tweaks.

Q46. How do I care for finishes and stone?
We supply a care guide at handover. Generally: microfibre + mild cleaners; avoid abrasives/harsh chemicals; follow specific stone guidance if applicable.
